Damn,blast and botherations-yes that is a word!!

Well our offer has been rejected...and our solicitor is very annoyed! He reckons there are to many un-realistic sellers who dont live in the houses they are trying to sell therefore don't need to sell them...the house we want is holding out for a very high price even though its been on the market years!! We have been told, yet again! to put an offer 5k higher and be prepared to walk away if they say no, I really apprieciate our solicitors honesty and advice but this is now the third property he has advised us to walk away from! It might sound bonkers to walk away but would you pay more than a house was worth?? So we have upped our offer by 5k reinforced the fact that the money is in the bank and we can move very quickly..but in truth im past caring...feels like 10 steps forward 500 back...so its back to the drawing board-more house hunting..unless we go for our second option..may have to brave the wind and hop up to garrabost!! 


Today on another note has been very productive for me ;0) and the house smells yummy..have another 54 oils arriving tommorow so im gonna spend another windy day playing in the kitchen!!! more later.....xxx
